Can you help me find a local installer?
We can happily give our customers contact details for regular trade customers who have the relevant skills to carry out the installation. However, this referral should not be treated as a recommendation. It is up to you to decide who to employ to carry out the works on your property.
Will you install my products once they have been delivered?
No. We offer supply only.
Can I collect my products from your warehouse instead?
Yes. As a customer, you’re welcome to visit our warehouse during our usual business opening hours, which are between 7.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday. Goods can be collected from our warehouse door. We do not manufacture our own products but can show you samples and in some cases demonstrate certain products in action.
What if my order hasn't arrived?

Yes. If you have placed an order over the phone, you may come in during our opening hours to collect.
Will I have to sign for delivery?
Usually you will be asked to sign for delivery. However, due to the ongoing pandemic this is not needed at this time.
How quickly will I get my goods?
We will process your order as soon as we can, and organise a delivery date with you.. Some items, if not in stock, will need to be ordered in. We will let you know when these items have arrived to our warehouse.
Where does CWPS Ltd deliver to?
We usually deliver within 40 miles of Colchester. Please visit here for more information. However, on certain occasions we may deliver outside this. Call us and we may be able to help you.
Do you cater for trade and DIY customers?
Yes – we supply our products to anyone and everyone.
